Fighting off the Hoosier hangover from last night’s game?

Tune into the latest Podcast On The Brink with hosts Greg Rosenstein and Matt Dollinger as they discuss Indiana’s 57-50 loss at Wisconsin with 247Sports and InsideIndiana.com’s Zachary Osterman.

Bo Ryan’s Badgers are notorious for being difficult to beat at the Kohl Center and Thursday night proved to be no different. The group examines what went wrong in Indiana’s fourth loss in their last five along with what the team did right in the road defeat.

Osterman gives his take on Verdell Jones and IU’s performance down the stretch. He also weighs in on the game’s officiating and debates whether calls affected the outcome of the game.

The three end the show by looking forward to Sunday’s match-up against Iowa and what IU needs to do to get back into the win column.

So tune in and enjoy. As always feel free to drop us a note at podcastonthebrink@gmail.com. We will be back next week to recap the Iowa game, so be sure to check back.

Podcast on the Brink: Errek Suhr

What better way to preview Indiana’s match up against No. 25 Wisconsin than with former IU guard Errek Suhr?

Podcast On The Brink hosts Matt Dollinger and Greg Rosenstein speak with Suhr — a Bloomington native who played for the Hoosiers from 2003-2007 — about the game and what he has seen so far out of this season’s team.

Suhr, who is temporarily filling in for Royce Waltman as Don Fischer’s color commentator, also discusses playing on the road in Madison, his most memorable game as a Hoosier and where Assembly Hall ranks for best arena atmospheres.

So tune in and enjoy. As always feel free to drop us a note at podcastonthebrink@gmail.com. We will be back Friday to recap the Wisconsin game, so be sure to check back.

Podcast on the Brink: What’s wrong with the Hoosiers?

The Hoosiers have lost three in a row and are coming off arguably their most disappointing defeat of the season in a 70-69 loss at Nebraska. To discuss Indiana’s recent skid, Zachary Osterman of 247Sports and InsideIndiana joins Podcast On The Brink to give his take on the team’s play.

Hosts Greg Rosenstein and Matt Dollinger ask Osterman about what went wrong in Wednesday night’s loss and the team’s poise down the stretch. Osterman also talks about the importance of Sunday’s matchup against Penn State and how the outcome of the game could affect the remainder of the season.

The group also discusses the team’s decision-making at the end of games and tries to figure out why IU has struggled after a 15-1 start. At the end of the show, Rosenstein squares off with our guest once again in a Hoosier trivia contest. Unlike last time with Alex Bozich, Rosenstein fares slightly better.

So tune in and enjoy. As always feel free to drop us a note at podcastonthebrink@gmail.com. We will be back next week after the Penn State game so be sure to check back.
