Film Session: Michigan State
Not only was it a rough shooting night for Blackmon Jr. (1-of-14), but he had a few mental lapses as well. In the second half, MSU is set to inbounds the ball. For whatever reason, Blackmon Jr. has his back pretty much turned away from Denzel Valentine in the corner:
The ball is inbounded and Valentine simply moves towards the hole and receives the pass:
Valentine scores the bucket as Blackmon Jr. has barely moved:
