UMass Lowell passes to the top of the key as Blackmon Jr. calls out for what looks like an open River Hawk. Juwan Morgan obliges:
Bryant is guarding a smaller, quicker ballhandler from the get go on this possession and he takes him off the dribble with relative ease. So the help defense comes as Blackmon Jr. and Josh Newkirk rotate and give help:
Newkirk and Blackmon Jr. come all the way into the lane and that leaves their men with a ton of space on the perimeter. The pass comes:

Early dribble drive penetration (and maybe some overhelping) got Indiana’s defense off balance and the River Hawks capitalized.
