Durham flips to Green on the left wing:

Green passes to Smith as Durham has moved down to the baseline:

As Durham cuts across the baseline to the opposite side, Brunk sets a bit of a flare screen for Green. Smith surveys the action:

As we saw in the preceding play from the second half, here’s Brunk popping out to the perimeter again after a screen for one of IU’s ball handlers near the elbow. This time it’s the other side of the court with Green:

This time around though, Brunk dribbles in, as Green cuts back left and is able to drop his man. Brunk hands him the ball:

Both defenders pay attention but don’t fully commit to Green. With Jerome Desrosiers’ body open, it allows Green to use a sliver of space between the defenders to find Brunk:
