A few minutes later and the Hoosiers trailing by just two at the 7:59 mark, the Spartans set up with Winston up top. There are two bigs ready on either side to give a ball screen to him, while the rest of the Spartans are spaced out in the corners:

Winston opts to take the ball screen right:

As Morgan hedges and Romeo Langford and Justin Smith move over to help on Tillman’s roll, Winston fires a bullet to Aaron Henry in the left corner:

Langford doesn’t give a ton of effort here, just coming out a few steps and not getting off the floor at all as Henry gets the shot up and connects:

While Henry is shooting just 30.4 percent from 3-point range this season — and Winston’s vision here was going to probably give Henry an advantage on the shot regardless — Langford did the Hoosiers no favors with his lack of a true closeout.
