Film Session: Rutgers
Durham passes the ball to Romeo Langford:
As Langford has the ball up top, Morgan sets a back screen for Durham and he heads into the lane:
Doorson has switched onto Durham as he heads out to the right corner and is pointing for Montez Mathis to switch onto Morgan. But he keeps moving towards Durham, opening up space in the lane. Morgan sets a ball screen for Langford. Geo Baker hangs near the left high post:
Doorson, Baker and Omoruyi collapse onto Langford in the paint and he kicks it out to Phinisee in the left corner:
He drains the 3-pointer:
Indiana started out 3-of-6 from distance on the evening thanks to in rhythm looks like these. Rutgers helped the Hoosiers out a bit here by messing up a switch, but this was some nice action from IU regardless.
