I’m not sure if I’m going to be feeling well come Thursday. Might have to call in.

This has been an awesome season for the Hoosiers. With the exception of a lapse in January, this team has been terrific. 24-7 with a lot of games left to play is a great accomplishment. Yeah-INDIANA basketball is BACK! I’m expecting a top 12 ranking this week and who would’ve thought that possible a year ago?!

    GO BIG RED!

Skipping class to watch the game Friday!

Very Happy with this draw due to the fact I have morning session tickets!  Mind you the only game I saw this year was minnesota at home.  Last year Penn st at home, Northwestern there and big ten tourney vs penn state.  Year before that big ten tourney vs NW.  0-5 for my last five. Time to break this streak.

Any chance there will be a video of the senior speeches? Thanks in advance.

I like our draw to go deep into tournament.  We beat Penn State and Wisco to face MSU.  Losing a starter to injury this late will disrupt things for MSU.  Glad we stay away from OSU and Michigan.  I see us playing Ohio State for B1G title.   Whether we win or lose, I think if we get in title game we are a #3 seed in tournament.  I could care less what seed we get really.  I don’t think any of us thought we would be in this position coming in.  This team has exceeded our expectations and it is fun to be an IU fan again.

I think we got about as good of a tournament draw as we could expect. The toughest team we’ll have to meet is Michigan St. before the final game and we all know we got their number. This should be an exciting tourney and I see a rash of illnesses coming on Thursday and Friday so we can all watch the games.

How could you?  If your on a streak like that, don’t go to an elimination game for pete sake…exhibition tickets next year!  That is how you break it, not with tournament games.

Let’s not get too confident. As well as they are playing, they only beat PU by 12 at home. They lost to Nebraska, and to Iowa at home. They are really fun to watch, and, yes, they have made being a Hoosier bball fan fun again, but the jury is stll out as to whether they can stay on a roll. I think Crean’s is a lock for coach of the year, and I hope they prove me very wrong, but they are capable of laying eggs from time to time. But, hey, by beating the Boilers, they have guaranteed that they will loose fewer than 10 games! Whoodathunk that at the beginning of the year!

Ahh feels good. I stopped watching after the hiring of Sampson. It was a slap in the face for all that Knight had done. Crean has brought us back from the ruins. It was a good choice to forgive IU last year. 28-7 sounds like the right record heading into the big dance.

I was there. They were really well done and very heartfelt. The human cigar even wrote a nice little poem for us and talked us through his decision to not leave early for the NBA despite the financial possibilities… Wouldn’t mind seeing them again here

  • Oldguyy

That record would equal the total number of wins for the three previous years.  How gratifying would that be for the seniors who have been through so much?

  • Eastwood88_2

I was thinking the same thing. Starting to think I might be cursed. It all ends Thursday. If not I promise never to step foot in ah again!
