    I feel about recruits the same as I felt about hiring people. I was looking for skill, experience and attitude. If I had to accept ” 2 out of 3 ain’t bad” then attitude had to be one of them.

    The attitude on this set of kids is impressing me more than the play on the floor …………. and they are good on the floor.
