Here Williams’ hedge does a good job of slowing Johnson and he’s able to recover back to Jackson-Davis in time.

But Williams gets caught a bit off balance on his recovery away from Jackson-Davis. Johnson uses that opportunity to pass it into Jackson-Davis.

Williams gambles for the steal off his imbalance and it doesn’t work.

This allows Jackson-Davis a bit more space to get off his right-handed bucket at the rim.

While Williams played this one well initially, his tiny positioning mistake was countered by Johnson and TJD in short order here.
