This time around, the Jackson-Davis ball screen for Johnson has Williams playing a deeper drop coverage. Johnson drives on it and draws Sasha Stefanovic a bit on the help, as he’s playing off Miller Kopp in the right corner.
Johnson fires the pass to Kopp.
Kopp opts against the 3-pointer on Stefanovic’s closeout, instead dribbling in and hitting a tough baseline jumper.
This one shows Johnson’s ability to attract the defense also leaves some opportunities for Indiana’s shooters in the corner.
