Now in the second half, Jackson-Davis gets the ball on the left side. As he moves towards the paint, Penn State’s weak side is all in help position in the lane, paying attention to TJD’s movement.

From there, Lundy again comes off his man (Parker Stewart) on the strong-side wing to dig on Jackson-Davis, though it looks like more of a double this time around. As Jackson-Davis passes out of the double to Stewart, Jalen Pickett rotates out of the paint to the left wing to cover Stewart.

Stewart opts to put the ball on the deck and goes by an open Pickett towards the paint. From there, Sam Sessoms has to make a decision on the weak side: Does he recover back to Johnson in the right corner or move towards Trey Galloway at the top of the key?

As he sees Stewart looking towards the corner, Sessoms opts to move there, but Stewart actually passes to Galloway up top. Jordan Geronimo tosses a bit of a screen on Pickett as he closes out on Galloway, giving the sophomore even more time to rise and connect on the shot.

Stewart passed up a good shot for an even better one by deciding to drive here.  (Though one might argue his shooting percentage from deep this season means he should have just taken the shot.)
