Here’s Bryant in more of a traditional big man role, setting a ball screen for Morgan:
It gives Morgan a sliver of space to rise and shoot a 3-pointer:
Morgan misses, but Bryant quickly hustles to the hoop and grabs the board:
He misses the putback, but keeps fighting in a sea of players and is able to rebound that miss:
Bryant goes back up, is fouled and coverts at the line for an old-fashioned 3-point play:
While the first two plays showed Bryant displaying some guard skills, here’s a reminder his size and strength still make him a tough cover around the rim.
