Down four at 60-56 after the aforementioned Woodbury free throw, Iowa throws the three-quarters court trap defense at Indiana. As he crosses half court, Collin Hartman finds Bielfeldt flashing to open space and makes the pass:
He’s double teamed and looking for a safety valve. Harrison Niego comes darting out of the left corner to open space at the basket:
Bielfeldt makes the pass, but Woodbury meets Niego at the rim. So Niego dribbles it out to the right corner:
As Niego makes it to the right corner, Williams has rotated through off the right wing to the paint. Dom Uhl pays attention to him, which leaves Niego wide open:
He pops the shot and connects:
This jumper from Indiana’s walk-on got the crowd going again and was the start of Indiana’s 14-2 run.
