seems talented. doesn’t have a left hand though

Great talent here. It’s very rare to see someone that big and that young have that good of a jumper. I would assume that he would have just had a growth spurt or something, but he is also very fundamentally sound in the post. Very talented kid, I hope we are giving him a hard look.

Probably doesn’t have a driver’s license either. Let’s give the kid some time to develop his game during high school before we worry about whether or not he has a left hand.

  • Reminds me of a young Draymond Green.

  • SCHoosier

Agree..space eater with a very soft touch. Guess it would be too much to ask for if he had a portion of Greens leadership skills. I think that’s what MSU is missing this year..an on floor leader.

  • Kelin Blab

I can see Draymond Green also. He would do well in Creans system. Could evolve into a vonleh type.

  • marcusgresham

I’d like to see what Je’Ney Jackson can do with those shoulders.

  • BlakeD1223

He didn’t seem to have any ups either. He does seem to have a nice shot though.

One word comes to mind for this talent: FEATHERY! Have not seen a big man I would award that label too before this. OK, Vonleh gets it as well.

  • marcusgresham

I thought that too. Looked up his specs; he’s 6’7″ 250. I’d suspect some body sculpting would be beneficial to improving agility. Unless he’s still growing he’ll have to get quicker and more explosive if he’s going to make it to the NBA. Not a lot of Clarence Witherspoons out there.
