Wow! Amazing natural scorer, amazing athleticism. I’ve said it before, he’s a shorter KD. Wish we could get him

Terrific player. Brooks is a 4 or 5-star and he had a difficult time with Romeo. Last player I saw this dominant in Indiana High School basketball was Shawn Kemp.

How often will you see a 5 star prolific scorer be willing to draw charges? That speaks more to me about Romeos game and character than how many points he puts up.

    Please Romeo, please.

  • HoosierOne

Great first step, gets off the floor fast, made some great passes, took some charges……all excellent! Not sure if he’ll be able to use his size the same way in college, but overall has a great smooth game with court awareness and range!

Showing your age! I loved Kemp vs Chandler. Kemp was the way better player on a much less talented team.

Very impressed with Romeo’s range. Talk about stretching the defense. With his range, you should be able to drive a garbage truck down the lane without a defender within 5 feet.

  • Arsdale

That “charge” he takes around the 50 second mark is great. He’s pretty much diving backwards before there’s any contact. I lol’d.

Wish I could have been at this event. I would have thought this would have been a better game with Brooks going against Romeo.

I still say that the Indiana Mr. Basketball should play at IU. No doubt

  • Hoosier Hall

Right at 2:12 the kid guarding Romeo gets leveled by a back screen. Lol
