    I don’t think there is a limit to the number of players on a roster. But there is a limit for the number of players in uniform for each game. The NCAA rules for Men’s Div I state “All teams shall be limited to 15 players in uniform. Replacements are permitted until the starting time of any game. After the game starts, no replacements shall be permitted for any reason.” The NCAA limits the number of scholarship players on Men’s Div 1 rosters to 13.
