On Indiana’s next possession, Jackson-Davis and Galloway are able to connect on a ball screen this time around. Galloway rejects it and drives left. With Cockburn playing drop coverage and Frazier getting back to Galloway quick, he’s got nowhere to go.

So he finds Jackson-Davis near the left elbow. Cockburn decides to stay dropped and doesn’t move to contest Jackson-Davis’ jumper. It drops to put the Hoosiers up a point.

Jackson-Davis has shied away from this type of look most of his career. But he stepped into it with confidence in a key moment for the Hoosiers in this game and delivered.
