Film Session: Wisconsin
Davison sets a cross screen to try and free Happ across the lane. Reuvers has the ball on the left wing:
Reuvers enters the ball to Happ:
Davison gets a down screen from Iverson to free him on the perimeter as Happ surveys the scene:
Both Phinisee and Smith sink down a bit on the help:
Happ then tries to find Davison up top, but he’s started moving left and the pass goes to no one:
Phinisee sprints out and picks up the loose ball:
Phinisee tosses it up to a streaking Smith:
And he slams it home for two:
This dunk put the Hoosiers up 10 early in the second half. This defensive possession came during a run where Indiana really started to frustrate and get under Wisconsin’s skin, which led to some poor decisions and bad offense from the Badgers, which eventually allowed the Hoosiers to get out to a 13-point lead.
