Film Session: Purdue
Edwards uses a staggered screen on the left side as Durham trails. Sasha Stefanovic has the ball up top:
Stefanovic makes the pass to Edwards and Durham has good position right in front of him:
Edwards then gets a ball screen on the left wing:
He’s able to work around Juwan Morgan on the hedge and has a step on Durham. But De’Ron Davis and Green are in the paint ready to help:
With Davis up on the left side of the rim, Edwards decides to scoop around to the other side of the rim:
This allows Green to offer more help and now multiple defenders are affecting the shot:
The ball doesn’t even hit the rim (Green is credited with a block) and Langford snags it:
He takes it into the open court and is fouled from behind:
With Indiana in the bonus, Langford hit two free throws after this to tie up the game and it was another shot from Edwards that led to points for Langford.
