Green gets position on the bigger Black and grabs the rebound:
Green appears to see a sliver of space to find Morgan and attempts a one-handed pass that he fumbles:
He’s unable to hang on to the ball and its loose:
He dives for the ball:
But he’s again unable to maintain possession and Alstork comes up with it:
Alstork dribbles up the court and is fouled by Collin Hartman on the shot attempt. He made both attempts at the line, putting Illinois up eight with 1:20 to go in the contest:
A costly turnover from Green on a pass attempt that might have been more secure with two hands. Couple this turnover with Green’s in the final seconds on another pass attempt to Morgan and it was a rough end of the game for the sophomore.
