Out of a timeout, VanVleet passes to Evan Wessel up top and begins to come through the paint:
He ends up heading all the way to the right corner to set a back pick on Blackmon Jr. to try and free Tekele Cotton. Wessel passes to Carter:
Carter passes it into Cotton:
Blackmon Jr. is there. But Cotton fakes up and gets Blackmon Jr. to bite:
He simply goes up and under him for two points to put the Shockers up four with 42 seconds to go:
A great design from Gregg Marshall out of the timeout here and the Hoosiers couldn’t stop it.
