Film Session: Troy Williams’ big night
III. In this halfcourt set, Hanner Mosquera-Perea sets a high ball screen for Yogi Ferrell. Williams is camped out in the right corner:
Yogi is able to turn the corner and has a line to the hoop. Williams begins to slash in from the corner, a move we’ve seen him make to get tip-ins and putbacks off misses so far this season:
As Yogi goes up in the air, he opts to curl a pass around to Williams, who is filling empty space in the lane:
Williams ends up going for an up-and-under here. He’s fouled and makes the free throw:
