Indiana will reportedly host Milwaukee as part of its non-conference slate for the 2025-26 season.

Rocco Miller posted news of the matchup on X (formerly Twitter).

No date for the matchup was reported by Miller, but the teams are expected to meet in early November. It will be the first ever meeting between IU and Milwaukee.

A member of the Horizon League, Milwaukee finished last season 21-11 and No. 141 in KenPom. The Panthers lost to Oakland in the opening round of the Horizon League tournament.

Bart Torvik’s projections for next season currently have Milwaukee at No. 235 nationally.

The Spartans lost their top five scorers from last season’s team. Their leading returnee is 6-foot-10 forward Faizon Fields, who averaged 6.7 points and 4.9 rebounds in 18.4 minutes per game last season.

Milwaukee also added Fresno State transfer guard Amar Augillard, who averaged 13.3 points and 2.5 rebounds per game last season for the Bulldogs.

The Panthers are Indiana’s fourth confirmed non-conference opponent for the upcoming season, joining Kentucky, Louisville and Marquette.

The Hoosiers will play Marquette on November 9 at the United Center in Chicago, Louisville on December 6 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis and Kentucky on December 13 at Rupp Arena.
