Kel’el Ware earns All-Big Ten honors, Mackenzie Mgbako named Big Ten co-freshman of the year

Indiana center Kel’el Ware was named second-team All-Big Ten by the league’s media and third-team by the league’s coaches, it was announced on Tuesday afternoon. Ware was also named to the league’s all-defensive team.

Mackenzie Mgbako was named Big Ten co-freshman of the year by the media and was also named to the Big Ten all-freshman team. Malik Reneau was named All-Big Ten honorable mention by the coaches and media. Trey Galloway was Indiana’s Big Ten sportsmanship award honoree.
