Several Indiana basketball class of 2024 recruiting targets ranked in updated ESPN 100

The updated class of 2024 ESPN 100 rankings were released Thursday and several Indiana basketball recruiting targets are prominently featured.

Liam McNeeley, arguably Indiana’s top recruiting target in the class, is No. 13 in the updated rankings. McNeeley is scheduled to visit Indiana next weekend.

McNeeley’s Montverde Academy (Fla.) teammate, Derik Queen, checks in at No. 15. Queen is also scheduled to be on Indiana’s campus next weekend.

Curtis Givens III, who also plays at Montverde Academy, is No. 48. He’s scheduled to visit Bloomington with McNeeley and Queen. Asa Newell, another Montverde Academy prospect, is No. 11. Newell officially visited Indiana last year.

Archbishop Stepinac (N.Y.) point guard Boogie Fland is No. 18 and a five-star prospect in the updated ESPN rankings. Fland officially visited Indiana in June, and the Hoosiers hope to get him on campus again this fall.

Patrick Ngongba of Paul VI Catholic in Virginia comes in at No. 19. He has Indiana among his top eight schools but hasn’t scheduled a visit to Bloomington.

Annor Boateng of Little Rock Central High School in Arkansas, who has an official visit scheduled for late September, is No. 30.

Tyler Betsey, who took an official visit in June, is No. 49. Betsey plays at the St. Thomas More School in Connecticut.

Austin Swartz, also scheduled to visit Indiana in September, is No. 51 in the updated ESPN 100.

Two other notables in the updated ESPN100: Dylan Harper at No. 2 and Jaeden Mustaf at No. 58.
