Indiana sophomore forward Malik Reneau touted his one-year transformation in a social media post on Tuesday afternoon.

Reneau, who averaged 6.1 points and 3.7 rebounds last season as a freshman, is expected to take a major leap forward in his second season.

The improved numbers in body fat, vertical jump, pull-ups and bench press for Reneau are impressive.

In his post, Reneau shared that his body fat is down 3.5 percent and his vertical jump is up 4.5 inches. In addition, Reneau shared that he can now do 10 more pull-ups and 14 more repetitions on the 185 lb bench press.

Reneau tagged Indiana’s director of athletic performance Clif Marshall in the post on Twitter/X.

In his projections for the 2023-24 season, Bart Torvik has Reneau averaging 9.1 points and 5.3 rebounds as a sophomore.
