Archbishop Stepinac (N.Y.) and PSA Cardinals guard Boogie Fland is one of Indiana’s top recruiting targets in the class of 2024.

The No. 8 player in the rising senior class according to the 247Composite, Fland took an official visit to Indiana earlier this month.
