Class of 2024 Montverde Academy (Fla.) and Drive Nation forward Liam McNeeley earned a scholarship offer from Indiana on April 9 and is scheduled to take an official visit to Bloomington on September 23.
McNeeley, who is from Richardson, Texas, announced in early June that he would be transferring to Montverde for his final two high school seasons. Two of Indiana’s current freshmen, Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau, played at Montverde.
The 6-foot-7 McNeeley is rated the No. 18 player nationally in the rising junior class according to the 247Composite.
