Here’s a similar problem to what we saw on the second play of this Film Session. Jackson-Davis again just lunges a bit on his hedge and retreats, allowing Hoggard to keep going downhill strong.
With Galloway staying home in the right corner and Race Thompson tagging Marble’s roll, it’s a foot race to the rim between the recovering Xavier Johnson, the helping TJD and Hoggard.
Hoggard is the winner here, as Johnson fouls him and Jackson-Davis picks up a goaltend, leading to a 3-point play for the Spartans.
Poor technique here from Jackson-Davis.
