Film Session: Notre Dame
Here’s another defensive effort from the Hoosiers.
Notre Dame looks to confuse Rob Phinisee as two bigs screen just over half court with Wesley able to take either one in opposite directions.
Wesley opts to go right and Phinisee is able to maneuver around the screen and stick with him on the drive. Both Xavier Johnson and Jackson-Davis come on the help and contest Wesley’s shot at the rim. The three of them make it a difficult shot for Wesley and Phinisee is credited with a block on this shot attempt.
