Film Session: St. John’s
With just over a minute left in the contest and Indiana’s clinging to a one-point lead, Indiana’s in a similar spot. Johnson has to create late in the shot clock, calling for another ball screen. This time he goes left thanks to Thompson. St. John’s is in drop coverage once again. But this time around, instead of hesitating, Johnson decides to just attack it, driving across the lane and scoring on a high-difficulty shot while getting fouled to extend the Indiana lead.
