Class of 2018 McCutcheon guard and Indiana signee Robert Phinisee wrapped up his high school career over the last week playing for the Indiana All-Stars.
The four-star point guard played in an exhibition last Wednesday at New Albany as well as the annual two-game series against Kentucky over the weekend at Bellarmine University and Bankers Life Fieldhouse
