I really want to see this guy in Bloomington! Getting Phinisee and Anderson were huge for in-state momentum. I feel like next year with Trayce and Keion could be huge and would really set the tone for how Archie wants to see things going forward. I would like to see about half of our lineup be instate. Ya know, like a Yogi, Hulls and Zeller in our starting 5! Then we can follow them proudly into the pros.

great Kid! When he spoke about the Indiana recruitment, Trayce mentioned that Archie and Co. are only recruiting five kids in the class of 2019. That is great news. 2019 has three open scholarships. Archie only looking at 5 kids. Coach Miller is being picky. Makes it easier to tell a kid he is priority, and when it is time to pony up a scholarship.
There will be three to choose from. Which Scholarship does Mr. Jackson- Davis want? 11th, 12th, or the last one. no pressure kid. Only about the 9 scholarships see playing time in a season.

Thought he said MSU is recruiting 5 kids.

I am having this odd sense of dejá vu

He was speaking about Archie and company staying in contact with him.

If he was speaking of MSu at that point, Then we need Dane Five on staff. Because the schools who seem to recruit less players seem to clean up when a Five Star goes to sign. Now MSU doesn’t get a 5 star every year. But when they do, they have the scholarship avail’. And I believe that is where Archie wants to be when he says he only going to play eight or nine in a season. So why worry about giving out 13 scholarships just to fill a roster? Either way, Trayce gave us insight into recruiting. Great interview!

Holy smokes, I have no idea why this happened!

Who are “the 5” we’re recruiting for the 2019 class.

    1. Trayce
    2. Keion
    3. Trendon?
    4. Mathhew?
    5.?

I’m hoping we can start looking for another big man. We could really use the size.

Alex Hemenway it would seem. I haven’t heard much about Hurt in a while and it still seems like we need another guard though, even with Hemenway.
