I listened to all 45 minutes. Thank you.

Alex, you mentioned an interview with Robert Johnson in which he mentions Emmitt Holt. I don’t know if Robert Johnson had a separate interview, but the one I read was with James Blackmon. He says this about Emmitt (question and answer below):

We saw the type of jump Collin Hartman made last season. I know it’s early, but is there anyone capable of making a similar jump?

“I think Emmitt can be that guy. He’s been in the gym working on his
game so much. Last year, the way he improved going through the season,
he got to play a lot more. I can see Emmitt making that huge jump. He’s a
    work horse.”

Who’s a player you think could make a big jump from this season to next season like Collin Hartman did?

“Someone that comes to mind is Emmitt Holt. I can definitely see that for the simple fact that he had really good flashes this year. I think with more time and a year under his belt, he could definitely make a big jump.”

When I think of Emmitt improving I think of him bulking up into a monster and ending up with a Corliss Williamson/Malik Rose-type physique and maybe even eventually taking the route of Antonio Gates or Julius Thomas to become a quality NFL tight end.
That being said, is there any progress in the hiring of Je’Ney Jackson’s replacement?

Any way to advise how long these are to help readers/listeners decide when and or if to commit the time to partaking? thanks.

I press play and click/fast forward to the end as it loads so I can see the end time. That seems to work from a laptop/desktop. In this case they wrote it was over 45 minutes. So, in this case, you can read/skim the write up too.

  • Has anyone else had problems with this podcast? I can only get a bout 10 minutes and 40 seconds to play and then it goes away.
