Film Session: Sheehey and Stan

Sheehey grabs the rebound on an Iowa miss:
Ferrell streaks up the left side of the court on the break, so Sheehey decides to start pushing it himself.
Sheehey comes across halfcourt, and though he’s looked around a bit for a teammates, he has some daylight to the top of the key and keeps pushing it:
Sheehey is able to split the first line of defense:
And works around Melsahn Basabe at the rim for the bucket:
Sheehey was aggressive throughout this contest. Instead of deferring or thinking pass-only here, he remained on the move, saw what the defense gave him and pounced — just like Robinson in the first play highlighted.
