College Football Playoff bracket set, IU football to face winner of Oklahoma-Alabama in Rose Bowl
The College Football Playoff bracket is set.
Indiana, the Big Ten champion after Saturday night’s victory against Ohio State, is the No. 1 seed and headed to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
The Hoosiers will play the winner of the first round matchup between No. 8 Oklahoma and No. 9 Alabama.
The Rose Bowl game will kick off on Thursday, January 1, at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN. It’s the first appearance for IU football in the Rose Bowl since 1967.
The current get-in ticket price for the Rose Bowl, according to Vivid Seats (affiliate link), is close to $400.
The semifinal games in this year’s CFP are the Fiesta Bowl on Thursday, January 8, in Glendale, Arizona and the Peach Bowl on Friday, January 9, in Atlanta.
The CFP National Championship Game will be played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, on Monday, January 19.
