IU basketball rises to No. 19 in USA Today coaches poll, No. 22 in AP top 25 poll
After making its season debut in the AP top 25 poll last week, IU basketball gained ground in both national polls this week.
The Hoosiers are ranked No. 22 in the AP top 25 poll and No. 24 in the USA Today Coaches top 25 poll this week.
The Hoosiers were No. 25 last week in the AP poll and No. 24 last week in the USA Today Coaches poll.
IU has home wins against Alabama A&M, Milwaukee, Incarnate Word, Lindenwood, Kansas State and Bethune-Cookman, as well as a neutral-court win against Marquette at the United Center in Chicago.
Indiana begins Big Ten play on Wednesday night against Minnesota at Williams Arena. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on BTN.
