We REALLY need this one for our mental stability… and players both…

If Michigan plays like it has the last 2 games and we play like we have the last several, we are in for a LONG night at Assembly Hall…
At this point, I have mentally rebooting and simply want to see effort and tough defense. From there, I will be happy with some off-the-ball screens on offense (which may be a “wish too far”) and people who follow their shots.

I agree that it could very well be a long night. It also very well could be a fun and entertaining night that we either actually when or come so close, yet again, and lose. I have really had a much harder time watching this losing streak this season than any other streak in the previous 2 years. Reason is that there is some talent there and promise on so many individual levels but they just can’t seem to put it together and play team basketball for 40 minutes. Win or lose Saturday I will still watch the next game, and game after that with same blind ambition. That is why these guys have to give us the effort necessary to win this game.

My fingers are crossed. I think the guys will play hard for Coach. The pressure must be growing and they need a good effort.
