Such a class dude. Stuck that answer on the last question. Hope is able to participate in Hoosier Hysteria or sing the national anthem at SSAH next season or something. I wish him nothing but the best.

Victor is a breath of fresh air: humble, driven, talented, unsatisfied…and a Hoosier!

  • inLinE6

Will see him behind the IU bench a lot more now.

    Lakers/TB on ESPN tonight.

  • Great person and player. Come on down to Bloomington, Vic, and help land some of those recruits!

  • Having Vic close by to visit when some major recruits are in town could be huge.

  • Linda Knittle

    My favorite player

  • SCHoosier

    Pacers got a class act…and a future all-pro.

  • Larry Brown

Grrrreat idea. Hope Arch utilizes him

Love this for Victor, I think he’ll be real comfortable there. I wouldn’t be surprised to see his point production go up to 20 or so a game. Really looking forward to next season. Go Hooooooosiers!!!

  • Justin Beard

Hoosier Strong!! Wish the best for you!!

  • L.White

Congrats Victor. I wish you the best.

  • IU Hoosiers # 34, 1979-83

He looked great. Much better than the starting center the Lakers used for that game. My question is, how good is Walton at identifying talent and whether Magic Johnson makes the decision. TB looked really solid. Take care John D.

Wow, what a good man Victor is. With all his success, and his drive to do more, and his belief in his own talents, he is still a pretty humble man. Probably has a lot to do with his faith, but he is truly a well centered man.

I’d bet we see him at more IU games now.

Love having Victor come home. The other day I met a man from Baltimore and I thanked him for Victor Oladipo.

  • John D Murphy

He did. I was really happy for Thomas. Other than the first 3 pointer, they were all effort plays and he faded when he looked tired. He is going to have to take his fitness to the next level to stick and be the “energy guy” for a while until his skill catches up. I think he can and will do both.
