Bloomington North wing Musa Jallow is one of the top players in the 2018 class in Indiana. The 6-foot-5 Jallow was named a core junior All-Star recently and was named the Bloomington Herald-Times area player of the year.

As a junior, Jallow averaged 24 points per game for North. Archie Miller has already reached out to Jallow and his family since taking over in Bloomington last month.

Here’s some highlights of Jallow fromĀ an 84-55 win over Evansville Central in January:

Looks like a great player. I like how he didn’t force anything and took what the defense gave him on each opportunity. Looked like he was comfortable shooting outside or driving the lane. Great passer with good vision. Nothing not to like.

Looks like a unselfish team player.

Doesn’t scream B1G player to me but I’ll trust Archie’s judgement.

his team is also very very bad lol… so he will be better with better players

Somewhat reminds me of this year’s South Carolina or Oregon players where they’re 6’5″- 6’7″ range, good athletes, but also thick, strong…like 230 or 240. People kind of just bounce off of them. When motivated they’re a handful.

Wow, I don’t ever remember going to a high school games in my youth that were that poorly attended. I also don’t know enough about judging basketball talent to really comment on the skill level of this player.
