Film Session: Ottawa
On Bryant’s last possession of the game before he was subbed out, Tihani takes a ball screen on the perimeter from Brody Maracle:
With Collin Hartman slowed by the screen, Bryant’s here again to look to protect the rim:
As Maracle is whistled from an illegal screen, Bryant and Tihani still go full speed to the basket:
Bryant ends up pinning the shot against the backboard just before he’s subbed out for the evening:

Even though it didn’t count in the box score, this was yet another instance of Bryant’s massive wingspan, effort and energy helping clean up for his teammates when they’d been beat or were caught out of position.
