Tom Crean took the Hoosiers to Baltimore over the weekend to see his brother-in-law John Harbaugh’s Baltimore Ravens prepare for and play the Cleveland Browns. The fall break trip also included stops at the United States Naval Academy, the Goodnow Youth Center and Johns Hopkins University.

The CBS Sports Network¬†had cameras capturing the meet-up with the Ravens and ran a package during “We Need To Talk” on Tuesday evening.

That was really cool. A super bowl winning head coach talking to our guys about being a part of something special. I hope it helps them in some way but I don’t think it did Baltimore any good since they lost to the Browns!

  • E Foy McNaughton

    That is SOOOOO impressive.

I wonder if CTC would let my 3-4th grade basketball team come and visit, watch a practice, see how the college kids practice? I’d love to copy his idea!

are you married to his sister?

LoL. Never know maybe Tom had to get the OK from Joanie to even go down there.

Don’t forget Belichick visited the team last year. I’m not sure that helped. However, Great experience for the kids as well as another cool and unique thing Crean can show recruits.

i kind of wanted to see yogi put on some pads and carry the football…good luck catching him

Dude would be a great running back. Built like a cannon ball and super quick.

How about a QB lobbing passes to Troy in the endzone? He could just throw it about 11 feet in the air.

Yeah, Yogi and Troy could be competitive with their athleticism alone. I got to think MB could make a good lineman with his size and strength too.
