He’s good; and may be great.
However, let’s not put too much expectation pressure on the young man.
You must be young because IU, alone, has seen smoother: Calbert, Damon, and especially Scott May.

Good analogy; although I’d say Curry was quicker.

  • ForeverIU

He said more than 16. I’m not trying to argue or one-up Ole Man, just sharing the stat I found.

If he never gets to at least 40%, I doubt he’s ever all Big Ten. That is what I was responding to.

6’7″ according to the official IU roster, which means — like nearly every other school — that he’s an inch shorter.

I wonder how long it will be before I stop reading “NZ” as “Noah Zeller”.

Maybe I didn’t use the right words — I don’t expect that we will see both HMP & DD / EH on the floor at once — so when I said 40 min, I meant 40 combined min out of all 3

Yeah – I knew Cody scored about 15-16/game. I think JBJ scores 17-18 a game. Cody was an opportunistic scorer without a real scorer’s mentality. JBJ is a flat out fill it up scorer with a scorer’s mentality. Plus, let’s face it, in CTC’s system, guards get more looks.

I agree with you HH — but Eli kept saying “I like that No 4!!!!!” That being said NZ was really, really good.

  • CreanFaithful

    I dunno. I see them 2-5.

The exhibition games are on BTNPlus, too, so I think they probably will be student productions. What makes you hope that they are student productions? Are you a fan of the untimely cut-away for a court-side interview or the witty banter between two color commentators?

I am young haha I’m a student here and I meant college player I’ve ever seen live from any school. I just love James’ many ways of scoring with leaners, floaters, etc.
