Payton Pritchard, one of Indiana’s top class of 2016 recruiting targets, had a solid showing last month at the NBPA Top 100 Camp in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The West Linn (Ore.) point guard averaged 9.5 points and close to four assists per game and the Hoosiers appear to be in great shape with Pritchard after hosting him for an unofficial visit in May.

Here’s a look at some of Pritchard’s highlights from the NBPA Top 100 Camp, via Courtside Films:

  • I want this kid over any other PG in the 2016 class. He can shoot it and dish it. The praise from scouts that you hear most often is that he can absolutely lead a team…. We should be putting a full court press on this kid and TJ Leaf.

Kid sounds like a leader and a stud. I’d be very happy to have him! Any further word on how/why we’re in great shape with Payton?

    Kid can ball!

Deceptive quickness…good passer..uses both hands…goes both directions..and has a pure stroke. No sure how he handles quicker point guards defensively. The NIKE CEO will never let him get out of Oregon.

    Is he related to Tom?
