    It will be interesting to see if this is “the norm” or if I am on the right track over the next few years. I guess I “prefer” not to bump kids on a regular basis. And I don’t think that will happen anyway.

    Yeah, I don’t know Sondheimer or his credentials beyond being a beat reporter (he also reports on things like girls golf and cross country, so is he really a basketball expert?). LA is pretty big… I’m skeptical of how closey he evaluated Hoetzel or how many times he saw him play. I also don’t see anything pertaining to his lack of athleticism in that quote.

    However, I do know his current coach who sees him every day. Sparks is a low key guy, who is much more cynic than salesman, so I doubt he’d feed me fluff.
