Indiana is truly blessed AND fortunate to have a strength coach as focused and committed to helping each player get better as Je’Ney Jackson. I can hardly wait to see the physical progress this team will display at Hoosier Hysteria!

What are his hand strength drills? Juggling medicine balls I hope.

  • HoosierTrav

Hopefully its pass catching drills with the football team.

I seen a pic of Troy Williams the other day and his arms are noticably bigger.

The improvement Coach Jackson gets out of his players is remarkable. It’s like Christmas morning when the season starts and we see the huge strides players have made in the offseason.

I wonder if he needs an assistant. I could probly spot Raphael Smith

Given the amount of time each year (per NCAA rules) that Coach Jackson is the only coach available to personally supervise these guys, IU is very , very lucky to have a man of his talents. Coach may not have a PhD in physical training on paper..but he has one in the gym. And have you noticed..he’s not very timid on the bench during a game either:)

Je’Ney Jackson… the best in the business.

I would like to know who the players were who kicked out the other players who weren’t working as hard… Assuming Yogi and Will weren’t there, I really wonder who stepped up and held the players who were slacking accountable…

This is guy is as responsible as anyone else for the comeback. We are unbelievably lucky. He has got a huge task at hand with 6 new freshmen, but he’s the best man for the job.

IU needs to pay this guy whatever he needs, and give him whatever he wants when the offers come rolling in for him. I truly believe he’s one of the best in the business and they need to keep him at Indiana!
