• Vic’s eyeroll at the 1:59 mark tells the story. YES, Butler won and they deserve the win, but IU is still IU and butler is still butler. End of story. That really is why this loss hurts so much, it was an in-state school. Now we’re going to have to deal with the bragging rights butler earned today. However, the smart money is still on Indiana

This team will be fine. Bring on B1G play.

Not looking foward to hearing abut this loss from a bunch of cocky rich kids. I can tell you what they need to figure out — it’s how to block out on the boards! Half the time whe someone shot there was no one under the bucket or anyone even moving in that direction. My prediction is that practice this week will cover Blocking out on the Boards 101!!!!!

  • I just told my husband about that. The eye roll was priceless! They weren’t going to go undefeated. Better now than later.

  • The eyeroll has me laughing! IU is the better team but Butler just came to play. I think IU will benefit from this without doubt!!!

  • Hearing about this loss is going to suck at school! But this loss will benefit us in the long run because of experience. My opinion?

These guys are pissedddd about this loss. They’ll bounce back and figure out how to fix these problems, and get back to Indiana basketball.

  • Humble pie is always the best medicine for a team as talented as the Hoosiers are this season. They’ll bounce back.

You can tell Cody is disappointed/mad/ashamed of this loss. I hope they learn from it and make the necessary adjustments before Big Ten play.
