After 3 years of listening to these press conferences, I still for the life of me cannot figure out what that squeaking noise is in the background of home press conferences. It sounds like a bad wheel on a cart of some sorts or an elevator from the 40’s. I will give my extra Michigan ticket to the man who can tell me exactly what that noise is. Weird. Great win! Go Hoosiers!

Is it the bleachers being moved back up against the walls?

Its one of the reporters who brings their own hybrid power generator that works something like a large hamster wheel and a old butter turn. My other guess is a hungry donkey out in the hallway.

When u listen to Crean u understand that this team..regardless of their record will never get complacent or lazy..this guy is just to focused and intense.

Are our new big people allowed to pracice with the team while on prbation?

Crean has mentioned a couple times that Perea is what he considers “one of his 6 or 7 starters”. I’m excited to see if he is good enough yet to play regular minutes like the other 6 starters or will have a roll with fewer minutes like Hollowell & Creek.

YES, THANK YOU for somebody finally asking this question…as an audio engineer, this is driving me NUTS!

Rest In Peace Bill Buher. Know the man, been around him several times near the court before and after games. Incredible friendly and generous individual, and will always be a part of IU basketball.

    Yes.

  • Dick_Pepperfield

I think we have a winner

Regarding the question about a home game next year with a tough opponent. I hope IU does everything in its power to schedule a yearly home and home with Kansas. Two great traditional programs and two great venues. Kansas will always be tough. After Pitino leaves not so sure about Louisville.

Erik Holm I have watched alot of film on both these guys and I thought JH was going to come into Indiana as a starter coming off the bench. That said I do think after the NC game that he is somewhat out of his league. I think IF JH keeps playing the way he is at this point in the season CTC wont have a very hard time letting HP soak up those min. He (HP) is a high flyer and should be a rebound/put back threat.
Dont get me wrong I still think JH is a good BB player he just need to slow down as I have said many, many times. But with a HP rebounding with his size clogging up things with Zeller on the floor I think he will see more playing time than JH.
