    Uh coach, I love ya, but our defense absolutely sucked for 3 years. So yes, it was a question mark. You were a little hard on the kid.

    I’d say that Coach isn’t a fan of that particular journalist judging by the way he responded to that question.

    No kidding. He’s the new kid over at The Scoop and he seems OK. He actually handled his rephrasing quite well. I was a little turned off by that exchange. I don’t think the kid meant any harm. I guess the truth hurts.

    I think CTC and staff are trying to emphasize what is in the past is done and not to reflect on it.  This team is different than the past years.  Got it.  But I do agree I think he was a little hard on the kid.  I do like how the entire team has pretty much erased the last couple of years.

    Not saying he handled it great, but I think CTC is making it glaringly obvious that he doesn’t want to discuss the last 3 seasons too much anymore. Seems like he now feels like he has a full compliment, or close to it, and wants to discuss the present/future.
