I really like VJ3′s attitude, “like I said before it helps having teammates..”  I think CTC has a plan as to how each cog fits into the big picture and once each player buys into his role they become a lot better as a whole.  I also like the reference to “we are 1-0 on the road this year” seems they are finally getting it.  I think coupled with a couple of close games last year, CZ’s arrival, and the development of last years team we could surprise a lot of people this year.  Including ourselves.
